- Designed for dry kibble between 5mm and 16mm. Wet, semi-moist or sticky food can clog the dispenser.
- Backup batteries (3 × AA) are not included. They're only needed if you want cover during a power cut — the feeder runs from the mains adapter supplied.
- A TF memory card is not included and is only needed if you want to record and play back footage.
- A Wi-Fi connection is needed for the app, camera and scheduling.
- Introduce your pet to the feeder gradually so they get used to the dispensing sound.
- Wash the bowl regularly and make sure the hopper is completely dry before refilling.

The feeder runs from the mains adapter, with a battery compartment that takes over the instant power drops. Scheduled meals still go out. You'll need 3 × AA batteries in place beforehand — they aren't included, so it's worth putting some in on day one rather than waiting until you need them.
Yes. It's dual-band, so it runs on 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Many camera feeders are 2.4GHz only, which is worth knowing if your router pushes everything onto the 5GHz band by default.
