Where we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to:

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean that your order has been accepted.
A legally binding contract between you and Bramble & Paw is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

- There is an error in the price or product description
- Payment cannot be authorised
- We are unable to deliver to the address provided
- We suspect fraudulent, unauthorised, or unlawful activity

Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed. Delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or supply-chain disruptions.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive it.

8. Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you generally have the right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the eligible products.
Returned products must be handled with reasonable care and should, where possible, be returned unused, in their original condition, and with their original packaging.
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
